Dicolube Super PET is a concentrated liquid soap based conveyor lubricant and detergent. The product is suitable for use in soft water conditions, providing effective conveyor cleaning and lubrication for food and beverage containers. Dicolube Super PET has been developed to be compatible with PET bottles.

• Dicolube Super PET is a concentrated soap based liquid conveyor lubricant containing a highly effective detergent system (will foam at high use concentrations). • Dicolube Super PET has excellent wetting properties providing effective conveyor coverage (foam assisted) and lubrication even in none optimised application scenarios. • Dicolube Super PET has been developed for use with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, reducing the risk of stress cracking, and is particularly suitable for bottles with a petaloid base. • Dicolube Super PET also provides excellent lubrication for cans, glass bottles and other containers on plastic and steel conveyors.

Used at a high dilution to give an effective and economical ‘in-use’ concentration. Provides highly effective lubrication even in demanding scenarios, ensuring line efficiency is maintained. Helps prevent wearing of bearings and shearing of pins, thus reducing maintenance costs. Effective detergency helps remove soils from the conveyor, maintaining them in a clean condition (will foam at high use concentrations). The detergent system also provides tolerance to acidic beverage spillage. Reduces the risk of stress cracking and leakage with PET bottles enhancing brand integrity. A single product and distribution system can be used where a number of different packaging is conveyed, thus reducing site complexity.

Dicolube Super PET should be applied via an automatic dosing system with zoning for large lines. The typical use concentrations is 0.2-1% w/w, (1 part product to 100-500 parts water), depending on the application and degree of soiling. Dicolube Super PET is recommended for use where the water hardness is less than 120 mg/l calcium carbonate (maximum tolerance for 1% w/w given), the use of softened water advised. High concentrations may produce high levels of foam. Compatibility with packaging should always be confirmed before use.
