Divos ADD NF is a high active, foaming, alkaline liquid additive to caustic to clean RO and NF membranes. Divos ADD NF can be used where EDTA is environmentally unacceptable. Divos ADD NF in combination with caustic, is used for a wide range of RO & NF membrane cleaning applications for dairy membrane cleaning applications. Divos ADD NF in combination with caustic, can be used for a wide range of membrane cleaning applications across the food & beverage industries.

Divos ADD NF has been tested and approved for use on all types of RO & NF membranes.Divos ADD NF improves the protein removal of caustic soda.Divos ADD NF is used in conjunction with all alkaline Divos products where fat, protein, or other organic soiling is a problem, increasing permeation rates & recovering water fluxes.Divos ADD NF used in conjunction with caustic is highly effective in the removal of organic and inorganic soiling from RO & NF membrane installations.Divos ADD NF contains a surfactant that has excellent fat emulsifying properties in combination with caustic.

Divos ADD NF is used at 0.3-1% w/w (0.24-0.8% v/v) in combination with caustic soda solution at pH 11-11.5, at 50°C for 30-45 minutes. The exact concentration of the caustic depends upon the pH tolerance of the membrane used. Divos ADD NF containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
