Mach 5 should be used at 0.2-3% w/w (0.15-2.2% v/v) at ambient – 85°C for spraywashing and closed circuit applications, depending on soil load, contact time, mechanical action and water hardness. Mach 5 containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
