Suma Maxi L3.1 is a highly alkaline mechanical ware washing detergent specially formulated to provide excellent soil removal in medium hard to hard water conditions.

Suma Maxi L3.1 is a chlorinated, highly alkaline liquid detergent which is suitable for use in a wide range of single and multi-tank ware washing machines. It contains a mixture of caustic alkali and chlorine bleach, which will provide excellent removal of fats, dried-on food and stains. The formulation also contains a blend of powerful sequestrants, which will prevent re-deposition of soils and scale formation in medium hard to hard water conditions.

Gives intensive cleaning action to rapidly remove fats, starch and proteins. Highly concentrated formulation gives economy in use. Prevents scaling of items and machine parts in hard water conditions. Effectively removes tannin stains.
