• Total is a low freezing, low foaming, caustic liquid detergent suitable for medium hard water. • Total is highly effective at removing a wide range of organic soils across all food and beverage industries, e.g. processed foods fryer and cooker boil-outs, dairy 2-stage CIP cleaning and brewing flash pasteuriser, filler and keg cleaning. • Total is suitable for low temperature storage. • Total is suitable for use in CIP systems under conditions of high turbulence.

Total is used at 0.5-5% w/w (0.3-3.4% v/v) at temperatures ranging from 55-80°C depending upon application and soil type. Total containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
