DivoPeroxy VB70 1x200L - Low foam, oxidising additive for organic soil removal

DivoPeroxy is a low foaming liquid oxidising additive to caustic, for the removal of heavy-duty organic and inorganic soil deposits across all food & beverage industries.

• DivoPeroxy is a highly concentrated liquid oxidising additive to caustic for CIP that enhances detergency and increases scale and organic soil removal above 70°C. • DivoPeroxy when added to blended caustic detergents, improves detergency compared to the use of blended products alone, resulting in shorter cleaning times. • DivoPeroxy is highly effective when added to caustic soda for removal of heavy duty organic and inorganic soil deposits in brewing kettles and other brewhouse equipment. • DivoPeroxy is also highly effective in the removal of organic soiling in dairy and processed food applications.

Highly effective in removing organic and inorganic deposits, thus improving operational efficiency. Suitable for automatic dosing and control by proportionally linking the additive pump to the caustic delivery pump, ensuring consistent delivery of product. Care has to be taken to ensure that the correct level of product is dosed into the CIP system and that the oxygen generated is vented to air.

Typical use concentrations for DivoPeroxy are 0.3-0.5% w/w (0.3-0.4% v/v) dosed into the dilute caustic detergent solution at 70-80°C. Exact concentrations depend upon the application and level of organic soiling. DivoPeroxy should be added carefully to a vented CIP system and equipment to be cleaned, to ensure that there is no pressure build up within the system. DivoPeroxy containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces
